Steelcase and the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation recently announced their new creative collaboration to create collections of fine furnishings, textiles, and wallcoverings that will bring the legendary architect’s vision and design principles into the present.
Launched at this year’s NeoCon, the first release is the Frank Lloyd Wright Racine Collection by Steelcase, which includes the original designs produced by Steelcase for one of Wright’s first open plan office spaces, the SC Johnson Administration Building in Racine, Wisconsin. The furniture has been slightly updated to accommodate modern office standards but stays true to Wright’s original vision.

The Johnson Wax Co. building’s Great Room complete with Frank Lloyd Wright-designed desks and chairs.
