Conceived as a system from the start, Bloom is a modular sofa collection for outdoor living. Designed by Luca Nichetto for et al., it includes a vast variety of pieces that are versatile and simultaneously easy on the eyes. Bloom’s metal structure brings together support and aesthetics. The frames are made of extruded aluminum crossbars and cast aluminum joints, while the cushions and backrests use 3D-knitted fabric. Interestingly, the water-repellent, breathable material is woven directly onto the structure itself. The Bloom collection also includes coffee and side tables with the same boxy shapes as the seating. Mix and match the modules to bring your idea of the perfect outdoor seating area to life.
